Hand painted and lettered artwork on recycled, repurposed and unconventional materials (vinyl albums, barnboard, windows, and wearable art, hats, bags, jackets) using paint I have mixed with plant, vegetable & grasses that I’ve broken down for their pigments.
I create and letter all of my work using nature as my inspiration, the mountains, trees, wildflowers all speak to me. Living in the heart of the mountains allows me to use native plant and grass pigments to create unique and interesting hues for my paints. My canvases are mostly recycled, repurposed materials, such as vinyl albums, barnboard, windows, etc., as well as wearable art on hats, jackets, bags and more.
