I have been painting on recycled antique roofing slates for over 40 years. I collect them from old houses in Barns throughout New England, cut them into shapes and clean them up before I paint on them. Each one is treated for outdoor display. Recently, I have added the iron slate holders for in the garden, as an alternative to hanging them on your home to welcome your guests. Most designs can be personalized at the show while the customer waits.
