I create sterling silver jewelry using two different methods. The first is cold forging and the second is the lost wax art form. After I complete the metal work, I inlay the pieces with either seashell or semi-precious stone.
The items I create include pendants, rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces.
My name is Daniel Kalisz. Since a young age, I've been intrigued by fire and inspired by nature.
I employ both the intrigue and inspiration into my pieces of jewelry.
Between the ages of 10 and 12, I learned how to solder metal from my father. Around the same time, I became very interested in mathematics especially in nature.
The golden ratio a.k.a the Fibonacci sequence has always been a source of endless fascination and inspiration.
Naturally, as I grew older I combined these two interests of mine to become a jewler.
Every piece of jewelry that I make expresses my enduring intrigue with fire and endless inspiration from nature.
