As an artist I focus on creating functional and sculptural fine art ceramics that captures nature’s essence.
As a child I spent most of my time outside playing in the forest. I have always been mesmerized by the array of textures and colors that are hidden within the natural world. As an adult I began to realize how disconnected we are from nature. My goal is to create work that reconnects us with the natural world by recreating the textures found within plants.
