I created my own popular and aesthetically pleasing "GLOUTHENTIC" brand logos from pictures I took that represent the fisherman at the wheel and the greasy pole in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Some logos are hand pressed by myself, such as the rhinestone logos and some are screen printed from a local printer onto vibrant colored, quality t-shirt brands such as Comfort Colors. I also carry a small selection of apparel for children and pets, as well as printed sweatshirts and canvas bags with my logos embroidered locally. My logo tees are quite the conversation piece according to customer reports. It's not uncommon for someone to come up to me to tell me that every time they wear their Greasy Pole Tee, someone asks where they can get one!
GLOUTHENTIC™ is a seasonal pop-up rooted in Gloucester and inspired by the city’s working-waterfront traditions. Founded by a home-grown Gloucester girl, a granddaughter of Gloucester fishermen, it features original designs that are home dreamed, then hand pressed and/or screen printed onto comfortable, colorful tees, sweats and pet wear that celebrate the Greasy Pole, Fiesta, and the spirit of local fishermen.
