I’ve been creating my miniature copper weathervanes for over 20 years — first as ornaments and, beginning in 2025, as suncatchers. My exclusive designs are photo-etched onto raw copper, then hand-painted with a layered faux verdigris finish to give every tiny vane its own unique character. With a few careful twists and turns, I shape each one into a three-dimensional work of art.
New for 2025, I’ve expanded my designs onto American-milled cotton-linen tea towels, made in the USA with organically certified inks.
I’m a Cape Cod artist inspired by the beauty and spirit of the coast. For over 20 years, I’ve designed metalwork with a focus on garden-inspired creations. After the pandemic, I chose to scale back and devote my full attention to my miniature copper weathervanes. In 2025, I expanded my designs onto American-milled cotton-linen tea towels and have enjoyed remarkable success in a short time.
