All of Catskill Mountain Lavender's products are hand made in small batches using high quality, and when available, organic ingredients. In creating our formulas a main goal was to have the beautiful lavender scent shine through, while keeping our ingredients lists as simple as possible. All of the oils and butters we use in our bath and body products are suitable for many skin types.

Catskill Mountain Lavender was started in early 2020 by three women: Christine and Erica, two sisters with a dream of growing a crop on their family's farm land in Saugerties, NY, and Gina, their sister-in-law who had often dreamed of becoming a farmer.
The 65 acre farm that is home to Catskill Mountain Lavender was purchased by Christine and Erica's grandparents in the early 1960s. Tucked up against the Catskill Mountains and bordered by the Plattekill Creek, the beautiful property has remained largely unchanged over the years and is comprised mostly of hay fields. Catskill Mountain Lavender has taken over one acre which is now home to over 1,400 lavender plants.
