High quality, upscale candles crafted by hand, with a process honed over the past 9 years, to provide my customers with the highest quality, best performing candle experience possible. I use premium grade American soy wax, premium fragrances that I curate with my fragrance house, cotton braided wicks for a clean burn, and upscale glass jars sourced from American manufacturers, with laser etched wood lids. The candles are generally in two sizes, a 12.5 ounce tumbler and a 17 ounce three wick container. Four years ago, responding to customer suggestions and demands, I began selling hand filled prism glass car diffusers, using the same fragrance oils used in my candles. These are very popular fragrance items that are excellent value and refillable, so an eco friendly alternative to the mass market car fragrance products. Lastly, I sell candle care items such as wick dippers and wick trimmers, to conveniently provide my customers and followers the ability to have the best, cleanest and efficient candle experience possible.
After a 35 year career on Wall Street, I retired to care for my wife during her battle with cancer. After her passing, I assisted my daughter in a high school service project, called Candles for a Cure, making candles, selling them at school events and donating all the profits to MSKCC for cancer research. After 4 years, Candles for a Cure became Benefiscent Candles, upgrading our candle containers to upscale tumblers with laser etched wood lids and seeking out the finest fragrances for our market segment. 2024 is the launch of ARTISANAL CHANDLER, with a focus on the artisan quality of our products, while continuing our social mission of donating 20% of profits for cancer research. To date, we have donated more than $50,000.
