Using French lavender, I create eye bags, small and large pillows, hot / cold wraps, laundry bags, sachets. I also create catnip bags using high quality catnip from MA and Balsam car/wardrobe bags from Maine. My organic, high quality facial products include almond rose facial scrub, French green clay mask, organic facial serum with rose and lavender essential oil, vitamin E and evening primrose in Jojoba oil, and an organic rose water spray. Using organic, high-quality, essential oil, I create synergetic blends/remedies - Alive, Comfort, Anxiety Remedy, Cold & Flu Support, Immune Support, Bug Off and Tick Off, Arthritis & Joint Sport, and a blended Lavender Spray using hydrosol and essential oil.
My Montessori teaching career, spanning over 20 years in 4 states and as a teacher and Head of School, came to a halt with a career ending injury that brought me to a place of consolidation and reflection. Using essential oils, Reiki and meditation to heal my body, I've learned to find answers in nature and silence. When I was ready to return to work full-time, I learned that the founder of Goodness Remedies was retiring and selling the business. Working with Nancy, I was taught the deeper intricacies of working with essential oils and the exact recipes she learned from a German chemist and Australian naturopath based on French medicine. Additionally, she provided the templates for the bags/pillows and her curated list of suppliers spanning her 40 year career. Now, I continue our work of bringing healing and education using the goodness of nature.
