Our bowls are turned from hardwoods native to New England. We don't look for the perfect piece of wood! Knots and defects in the wood create interesting character which is what we love.
Our cutting boards are also made from New England hardwoods. Cherry, maple, and walnut are some of our favorites in that they relate to food.
