I make by hand from locally salvaged wood. All the stripes for the flags are individual pieces of salvaged tobacco wood from the tobacco farms in CT. This wood has extreme character and story to go along with it. I can make custom flags upon request but go to shows with my general best sellers. I also make an assortment of cutting and charcuterie boards out of scrap wood I get from local cabinet shops that would otherwise dispose of the wood. Every piece I make is my own original piece and has been made by myself, nothing brings me more joy than seeing someone face light up when buying one of my pieces. very piece I sell is created and made by me. The only thing I like more than creating my pieces is the joy they bring to someone else. I’m in my second year now of trying to turn this side gig hobby of mine into a full time job. I take pride in my work and stand by a simple rule of mine, if I wouldn’t be proud of it hanging in my own house then I won’t sell it. This assures that I always do my best and put my heart into each piece. When I’m not working I spend my free time with my 5 year old German shepherd Otis. Otis is full of energy and keeps me active and on my toes.
