I am a culinary Institute of America graduate. Top of my class graduated in 1997. Stayed as a teacher for one year in the scope Pierre room their five star dining establishment. I was an executive chef in the Napa Valley, San Francisco, New York City, and many other places. I am all about quality, high-end nutrition, specialty food. We have the best jerky in the northeast.
