Our bakery sells Authentic Caribbean Rum Cakes. We are very well known in the Northeast. Our bakery is located in Troy, NY. We are a small christian school. Our baking is done on site since 1979. Our primary reason for the bakery is to offer financially struggling students scholarships. All of our cakes are prepackaged and we cook nothing on site. We do festivals in New York, Pennsylvania, Conn, Mass, NH & NJ.
