Our specialty food products are all natural, no, preservative, no artificial flavors, no fillers. They are gluten free and vegan friendly, although equally fabulous for non vegans! We have 6 different Finishing Sauces which are reduction sauces and highly concentrated. Therefore just a few tablespoons used in the last minute or two of cooking will enhance almost any meal. Our 11 different seasoning are all salt and sugar free. They are equally versatile for everyday cooking or making delightful dips. Our 7 jams are creatively flavored and wonderful for cooking or just spreading on toast. We also feature 3 each wonderfully infused oils and Balsamic vinegars.
I grew up on my dad's chicken farm on the CT coastline. Growing up on a working farm I learned the value of hard work. My mom, bless her soul, was not a good cook. So when I got out into the big world and started to learn that food could actually taste good I became hooked on cooking. I am totally self taught as was my wife Jill. I have to give tremendous credit to Jill who had an amazing palate. I would come up with ideas on new products I wanted to create. I would get them to a certain point and then turn them over to her to refine them into award winning products. It was a great team until she sadly passed away ten years ago. Quite honestly it has been a long hard road recovering from her passing. But the exciting news is that my daughter is coming into the business and she seems to have inherited Jill's extraordinary palate which is very exciting!
