Temple Tappers is a family enterprise located on our farm in Western Maine. We tap our birch and maple trees for sap, press our apples, and make birch, maple, and apple syrup. Our products are Pure Birch Syrup, Apple Birch Syrup, Apple Maple syrup, Birch Popcorn and Topical Fermented Birch Sap.

We became forest farmers 11 years ago after attending the International Conference on Birch Syrup at Paul Smiths College where we were awarded First Prize in the birch syrup tasting competition. We are the only commercial birch syrup producers in Maine and the only producers of Apple Birch Syrup in the world.
