My baked goods are all scratch made in a nut free kitchen/home. I have an anaphylactic nut allergy, my ingredients are all nut allergy safe. I do use coconut, soy and sesame in my kitchen.
Baking has always been a therapeutic passion of mine and for the last 13 years I have adapted to having an anaphylactic nut allergy. This change brought forward a further desire to share my gift for baking with those who have nut allergies as well so they can enjoy safe treats that are delicious as well!
