Cameron's Cupboard is a Vermont licensed manufacturer of baked products such as: bagged granola and granola bars. Our granola is not your typical dry granola. It is soft and made from all natural gluten free ingredients with no preservatives. It is vegan and low in sodium and cholesterol. The business was started to provide healthy food options for special needs individuals who benefit from a special diet. As the company grows our mission is to engage special needs adults with employment opportunities.
Our son is our inspiration for starting this business. He has autism and he benefits from a gluten free, dairy free, soy free diet. Being gluten free myself I have found it hard to find good tasting gluten free food. With the help of Cameron's brother, who has a culinary degree, we developed these granola flavors so Cameron would have good tasting food he could eat. When we go to shows we share our message about the special needs community and how hard it is to find jobs. Our mission is to help special needs adults with employment through our business as we grow. We want to share how important these individuals are. We say "Focus on Capabilities Not Disabilities".
