Hi everyone! I'm Sara Sirard, the owner and operator of Potato Potato, a brand new french fry and tater tot food trailer. My family and I have decided to join in on the fun of running our own food truck business. My sister-in-law started her food truck, Say Cheese, six years ago and we've all been along for the ride. I've seen first hand the amount of work that goes into owning a trailer but I've also seen how rewarding this labor of love can be. After over 20 years of working in sales, I'm more than ready to dive into the world of street food, fried potatoes, and fun!
