I’ve been part of Heidi Jo’s Jerky for as long as I can remember—literally. My parents Heidi and Mike started the company almost 30 years ago, and I grew up behind the booth, teething on teriyaki beef jerky in a pack and play while they worked the fair circuit. That early start sparked a lifelong passion for the business and the community it brings.
Now, as an adult, I’ve began taking the reins to proudly run the company myself—. Heidi Jo’s Jerky isn’t just a family business to me but it’s my passsion. With decades of tradition behind me, I’m dedicated to preserving the quality, flavor, and spirit that’s made us a fair-season favorite for generations.
