Baxter Street Creations is a home gift shop run by best friends and partners named Jenn & Doug. The shop is based in Dennisport on Cape Cod in Massachusetts. This company was born out of the encouragement of Jenn's nurse who said "you need a creative hobby!" So...Jenn, a disabled and retired school administrator and her partner, Doug, who is a contractor decided to get creative together ?? Doug creates wood toys and home/garden decor. He starts his pieces with untreated wood (for toys) and upcycled or discarded wood and turns them into works of art! Jenn works with natural, recycled, upcycled and found objects from their home on beautiful Cape Cod. Jenn also uses materials she has brought back from her travels. She creates greeting cards including holiday and occasion cards and wall decor with encouraging and heartfelt messages. We both GLADLY take custom orders.
