A full sized lion sculpture that I have been working on for the last 6 months.
It is my first full sized sculpture and I will showcase it for the first time in my hometown.
I will also have a couple other smaller pieces available as well. A stainless steel schooner, and the other is a small sculpture of a wave and a table.
I worked under two different metal sculptors for a total of 6 years. My process is as expected, by shaping metal and using different welding processes to fuse metals together in order to bring a design to life. I enjoy the challenge of trying new things and gaining a deeper understanding of the craft I have chosen to pursue.
