We repurpose old and new jewelry in our Scarf Wraps, Scarf Buttons and Scarf Chains. Each style holds scarves, shawls, sweaters and necklines closed. We choose our fabrics, cut and sew them into several different types of scarves.
C.I.N. Scarves have been making scarves and holders since 1986 in Minnesota, Ohio and New Hampshire. In 2002 we started traveling and doing shows in 17 states. We have changed the style of the scarves and the holders. We started with ceramic scarf slides and now use all kinds of items to create our wraps, buttons and chains.
