Karen started making jewelry at the kitchen table with her mom when she was 10 years old; by 19, she was a business owner selling jewelry to outlet stores, such as Macy's. In 2013 she decided to change direction and started selling pins, pony tail holders, and barrettes in plain styles and themes, offering "a little something for everyone."
