Mixed Up Foods makes craft nut and seed butters that blend healthy, natural ingredients with the rich, indulgent flavors people love. We’re reinventing nut butter by using unique blends of almonds, pecans, cashews, and walnuts, alongside high-quality ingredients like Vermont maple sugar and Madagascar vanilla bean. Our products are low in sugar, gluten-free, vegan, and free from palm oil, seed oils, GMOs, and refined sugars.
some items we plan to sell:
Maple Creemee – Vanilla cashew butter that tastes like cookie dough
Maple Bliss – Walnut pecan butter reminiscent of a maple walnut cookie
Cacao Cashew Spread – Cashew butter with a rich brownie batter flavor

Food has always been a part of my life. I grew up cooking with my mom, later studied nutrition in college, and fell in love with food science. Cooking became my creative outlet—experimenting, perfecting flavors, and making real food taste amazing.
Mixed Up Foods started in January 2020 when a local store discontinued my dad’s favorite nut butter. I recreated it for him, and it quickly became known as the "New Favorite." A few months later, with COVID-19 canceling my post-graduation job offer, I took a leap and launched Mixed Up Nut Butter in May 2020.
Beyond the business, I’m someone who loves to create—whether it’s in the kitchen, building something from scratch, or figuring out how to make things better. I’m always looking for ways to challenge myself, refine my craft, and share great food with others. Food isn’t just fuel—it’s an experience, a way to connect, and something I’ll always be passionate about.
