Our leather bags are stitched entirely by hand—a traditional process that takes time but yields a bond far stronger than any machine can produce. Made for everyday use, over time the bags will develop a unique patina that reflects the story of where you have been - and because they are built right, they’ll be around long enough to tell it. We pair this craftsmanship with premium materials: Fine Imported Italian Leather: Smooth, robust, and capable of developing a rich, personalized patina over years of everyday use. We believe in materials that are kind to the earth and tough on wear. We use Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather. The leather results from traditional artisanal methods that rely on natural tannins rather than harsh chemicals, making it more environmentally friendly. It is renowned for its durability and the rich, distinct patina it develops over time. We also use 8-10 oz Waxed Canvas. It is naturally water-resistant, incredibly durable, and ready for whatever the New England weather throws at it. Using Halley Stevensons waxed canvas fabric, a company known for its innovative thinking and sustainable practices for over 150 years, our bags are sure to last.
