Our goal is to add bring excitement to your table with uniquely delicious flavors that are also great as glazes and marinades, dessert toppings, appetizers and charcuterie boards. Ruth is a former teacher who learned how to make jam with her mother when she was a young girl. She loves to create uniquely delicious flavors. Growing up on Great Neck in Ipswich she has fond memories of picking blueberries, blackberries and raspberries and making pancakes, muffins, and many other treats. Plum Island Jams was founded in Ipswich on Plum Island Sound right across the water from Plum. She has since relocated to Chicopee, MA but when she misses the ocean she often comes back to visit all of her favorite places!
