Since 2012 I have been growing and cultivating hot peppers, and using them to make unique, fun flavors of food and condiments. I like to tell people "I make good food, spicy" because I've always believed in one mantra - "Flavor First". If something tastes good, I'm willing to pay the price in the spice, and I'm willing to bet most other people are as well.

I don't try to make the craziest, hottest, pain inducing sauces in the world. I'd prefer that people enjoy their food and the amazing flavors that they are already cooking on their own; my products are meant to compliment and not overwhelm the dishes that are already being prepared, and give them just the right amount of added kick!
