We offer fresh and aged cheeses including: Fresh Cream Cheese, Triple Cream Brie, Queso Tencho, Cheddar, Gouda, Fresh Curd and Monterey Jack in a wide variety of flavors and styles. Made from the milk of our herd of jersey and guernsey cows. We also offer cured meats including Jerky Style Snack Sticks, Soppresata, Kielbasa, Chorizo, Pepperoni and Salami. Made by a local processor using our meats. We offer gift boxes that include our cheeses and meats. In 2019 we purchased Stat of Maine Cheese Company to carry on their line of classic cheeses and seasonal gift boxes, carrying on a 40+ year Maine Cheese legacy and adding to our already established line of Springdale Farm Creamery Cheeses. At events we represent both brands side by side and draw crowds with our popular array of cheese samples.
We are a 5th generation family dairy farm located in Waldo, Maine raising Jersey and Guernsey cows and transforming their creamy, luscious milk into delicious cheeses to share with the community. We offer both fresh and aged cheeses from Fresh Cream Cheese to Brie to Cheddar. Alongside or line of Springdale Farm Creamery Cheeses, since 2019 we have been carrying on the oldest Cheese Brand in Maine, State of Maine Cheese Company with our classic line of cheeses and seasonal gift box assortments.
