We make zucchini salsas in hot, medium and mild flavors. We also collaborate with Blackwater Mustard which has many flavors of specialty mustards.
I started making our zucchini salsas because we grew too much zucchini in the garden one year. At the encouragement of my family and friends I began selling our salsas at farm markets and small events. Now here we are 12 years later and still going strong and growing.
