Three Gingers Jerky delivers an authentic Laotian/Southeast Asian flavor profile (a little sweet and very savory). Each piece is studded with sesame seeds and offers an amazingly tender texture which always surprises new fans. It's not at all what people expect when they think of a more typically dry, tough, stringy, chewy style jerky. Now, of course, there's nothing wrong with that more typical style whatsoever, but ours is just a very different experience altogether. We're proud to have built a strong, devoted and quickly growing fan-base since our launch at the Beverly Farmers Market in June of 2021.
